I bring my new wall a work of art made by Kunie Kanbara, use a wonderful vector by http://horseradish.animepaper.net/ ....
I just wanted to create a beautiful backdrop for this picture, took me long to decide that was what I wanted for the background, but I saw a tutorial that I love, of bubbles and that gave me the idea to do it under water ... XD

Lovely attempt at the colours on the hairs. Overall nice texture effect. Just that the face of that character is a bit weird.
