I really like your concept but somehow, you could've arranged the elements in a more organized manner. Not that I don't like it----I love Kunie Kanbara. Don't get me wrong. ^^v

Paper texture by Zoestock
The BG is made from a grungy paper texture with a cute header and the credited wrinkled paper blended together and colored gray. Fort the rest I made a sky and clouds BG for each part of the umbrella, then I colored the other parts of the person using the colors at 30 % occupancy. I took the character and layered it over the paper texture and messed with the transparency and what not till it looked right did the same with the rainbow, i blended the ends of the rainbow into the umbrella and BG and added the font and raindrops last also fiddled with their transparency. Used a grey marble brush from my PSP 8 program to stamp over everything just to give the "worn-out" look and last was the signature. Hope you all like it!
