Description: The original piece is a
really beautiful piece of art, and I just had to make a wall of it. Tried not to
spoil the "original atmosphere" of the piece too much and here it
is... somehow turned out blue, and pretty dark? Must've been the song...

Despite the scan you choose is very pretty the background and extraction kind of lack. The background stars/sparkles are quite odd and over done.
The feathers were nice, but they were repeated too many times here that it just ruined it.
Last is the moon was well a stock image which I couldn't see how it matched with the anime crossover here.
I can't really see why so much people would fave this besides the scan you choose is wonderful! Darn, to think I was using that too for a future wallpaper.
It's been a long time I last visit MT's treasure gallery so pardon me on my blunt post.
Firstly, you got me with my eyes glowing in wide in blue. ( My fav color). The text can use some rework I supposes... it does not have fitting layer together with the wallpaper as text are always your finishing touches in wallpapers. It brings out the impact and impression of conveying the wall's theme.
Just
a suggestion. I like your feathers concept but some random here and will
certainly put it visually abstract and more appealing.
I must say, it is certainly a good wall. Great Scan.
