Like most of my recent works, this wall is heavily brush-based. In fact, I basically just used custom brushes (from various sources), other than a few blurs and gradients.
The sakura petals... well, some were covering Kamui already (like the biggest one), so I decided, instead of re-cging him, adding some new ones. Yes, I'm lazy. Sue me.
Image from here. (I had it in stock. Ha! Finally, my daily leechings pay off! XD)
EDIT: And, a week after, I discover there's a flawed petal. Whee. I've edited it, now, though.

This is a very deep wallpaper. Though, it is a little foggy.... It's still really good. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this a 7.5.

I really like this. The overall feeling is great and you did a nice job with the effects. Also i like the text sometimes words can ruin a wallpaper but in this case its not distracting.

hat sword that defines this way the destination of the Earth, the sword of Kamuii, in those tones of colors like it is the character and the same sword, with that bottom that the petals fall giving wing it began beats it final, wow very good wallpaper

Wow, very nice effects my friend... I liked then too much. I loved the sakura petals arround him, they gives a magic felling and the rays comming from sword are amazing.

This is a quite magnificent wallpaper, and quite different from others, it focus on a sword. I do like the flower of Sakura as the background, it fit well.
