This wallpaper is dedicated to Daniel, one of my idols who helped me set up my domain and helped me download many things when I was not able to :B Happy birthday to you & thanks for being AWESOME!
Anyway, this is a Tsubasa wall featuring Syaoran and his uh, twin? lol. When vectorwallers group first introduced their New Year's contest, I thought they were referring to one of our own *personal* resolutions, which is why I chose this image in particular (if I knew initially the resolution had to be related to vectoring and walling I wouldn't have chose this picture XD)
The resolution this wallpaper has in conjunction with the Vector Wallers Resolution contest is to overall improve my vector-walling. I am a n00b with no real training whatsoever at vectoring and creating wallpapers that are made mainly of vectors. I hope to learn and become a better vector waller through experience and training. YEAH!
This wallpaper has about 300+ or so layers and took me several days to make. I'm a lazy arse. I used the motion blur filter a billion times on this omg X_X

Oh yay you did Syoaron hottness. Oh wow I love this vector I think your awesome at them and you are getting better and better if you ask me. And I think thats a great resolution and goes so well with this. I love how you did your colors, and how you did the mist and the reflection is awesome.
