Moon Blue...lift me to starry heights...I long to live within your light
I recently watched Tsubasa Chronicle and fell in love with Fay :D
Anyways this was done in Photoshop CS2.

The theme I was going for is like a lake in the moonlight because Faye and his magic reminds me of the moon and also the blue purple shades of his character fit that mood too...
The extraction was done using pen tool. I created the water separately using filters and added it to the picture by
using layer masks....2 different masks were used. At first I thought of making the water non-transparent, something like
an island....but that did not get the mystical effect i was looking for....so the water was made kind of transparent due
to moon light ^_^' The arches in the background is from another scan wit Faye and Ashura in it (i cant find it
right now...gomen) ^^
i couldnt think of anything else to fill up the horizon :) the lighting effects were added to light up one side of the
lake...and also Faye-san....

The clear, icy lake around him seems a perfect, new background for this favorite image. It fits Fai whose blue eyes and smiling face is only a reflection of happiness. He is like the ice underneath until his partners in the journey get underneath to the real Fai.
