ok, lol, enough with that XD (but I'm still giving dedication away XD)
I worked on this for about a week :D The idea just popped in my head *I love when that happens*

Hydrangea was the hardest part I think 0_0 I'm never painting that flower again 0_0
vector was just pure fun, first I made it just like the original, then added bunch of extra effects and now it looks
sparkly and shiny <3
The idea to give her a heart *it's supposed to look like heart-pillow* came later to me, when I was too lazy to
vector the bottle XD
(DId anyone notice how the bottle was ultra specially beautiful in ep 1 and then in later ep's the quality of
bottle drops ;_;?)
Floating effects? You don't like them? 0___0... okay, I'll put them away T___T

when I was doing it I didn't have net for tutorials, maybe I should now go and make a new one? 0_0... maybe if I

EDIT -> ok I checked rain tutorials - their rain looks horrible 0_0 so I just blurred current one~ that better?

Onpu-chan is the Kobato wall master XD I love the whole thing. The colours are so soft... I like the *fuwa fuwa* feel about it

First of all the vectoring is just something to go ga-ga for and that bittersweet expression Kobato has with the scenic background you've created are amazing
I just think the perspective in the heart is a bit weird but who cares -
