I love Kobato, happy to see a wall with her.
The wall is nice to look at, appealing and has a nice calm happy feeling to.
As I look closer at Kobato, the vector is very smooth and clean but the outlines
are too blended with her coloring. You can barely see them unless you stare for awhile, I think you should darken it to
help people see the work you've done on her. Not that I don't love colored lines but the colors are too close
to her base colors and it doesn't make anything stand out.
As for the background, the clouds look too random and the different types of clouds is confusing. I'd recommend
putting them together and making a nice big fluffy one behind her and going across the land.
I love the flower idea, but as it gets closer to her it looks too bare and weird,
adding another layer of flowers to that bareness will help ^^ Maybe you can even give it a nice glow.
Mountains are nice, too round I think...trying getting a brush and seeing how the shape it so help you learn to make
them with a more defined shape.
And finally the birds are nice but lowered opactiy isnt needed on them...they're blending too much into the sky and
they don't need to be considering they're still pretty close to her. Change them to a white, bold and just
blur some randomly.
