On the right hand side where the image turns to black, I think a little more blending is necessary. There is an obvious line where the building ends and the black begins. I would suggest using either the smudge tool with opacity set to around 70% or try a clone brush set to 70% opacity. This will make the transition to black more seamless.
There is an odd sense of despair when I look at this wallpaper. The black swirls in the sky look like the teeth of a monster and I am looking out from the inside of the monster's mouth. Very interesting piece.
