I think I'll try another "pop art" wallpaper after this...I'm getting rather tired of such gloomy things.

There's still something wrong with this, but I'm not sure what it is...

Maybe you should put some text? Just a suggstion. Aside from that, it's pretty well done. :)

I think no text is better than with text, yeah but it is rather gloomy. Can't wait for the next pop-art one.

    Thanks for the plug.

I think it's perfect the way it is, not too busy. And as for gloomy, well, it is a Lain wallpaper! Good work, I like it a lot.

love the darkness! the black gives this lonely feeling>.< anyway its like the character is stuck somewhere.. looking for escape.. really great job!

It looks too simple, as you can see, this wall is only like 68 kb. I think you should add some more textures and like white-zero said, maybe putting in some text wouldn't be bad either.

With or without text its still an amazing job but how i wish the resolution were bigger but all in all the gloomy phase needs to vary once in a while, change could be a good thing for you.... Nice job on the wall! XD

Yah, text could help, but I think it looks fine the way it is. It's slightly empty on the left, which could be why you think something's wrong with it? But overall it's a fairly balanced wall and I like having a nice blank black expanse for my many icons *^.~* Your last pop art wall was well received (it's still gracing the special featured gallery on my userpage by the way ^.~) So I'll be looking forward to your next pop wall ^-^

Yeah! Nice darkness :> I think is perfect without any text ^^ I love it ^^

This is very nice. The composition is excellent, with nothing out of place. The combination of starkness and softness engenders a feeling of moody serenity.

But, argh, the resolution. Would it be at all possible to see this at higher res., if of course, the source material will support it? Let me put it this way, i'd set this as my desktop wall if it didn't suffer so much from the streaching!

I don't think this is gloomy at all. More thoughtful...I've been trying to think of what to do with the scan this is based on, but you've already done it better than I ever could have. Well done!

I like the title... it really goes with the mood of the wallpaper... Deep, dark, it perfectly portrays what the anime is all about...
