I just started watching Kaleido Star and in about 2 days, I saw 7 episodes already wich is rare for me. I've been getting more into shoujo series lately. Anyway, when I saw this scan in the gallery, I wanted to use it right away. Sora looks so energetic and happy in this image. That's why I made the backround so bright and cheerful. The original picture had a sky, wich I tried to re-create the first time I made this wallpaper, but it wasn't working out so I used the new technique I learned with my Air wallpaper featuring Kanna.....
Anyway, enjoy, I know I do :D

It has a kind of grungy feeling... I didn't expect a KS wall like that. XD But it fits, somehow.
The yellow glow around the title - and sparks - definitely doesn't fit the whole. Talking about the x-shaped sparks... I'm not sure if they look good, really.
I think the wall has a nice flow, though.

Wow look at those effects, very exuberant and flashy. Everything works well together in terms of the bg but I don't think the character really fits the bg cause of how she's dressed, had it been her usual dress I think it probably would've been more fitting. Also the text could use some improvement in being blended in better. Outside of that this is wonderfully done, had the scan been better suited for the bg it certainly would've received a fav. I like the improvement I'm seeing in your work :)

I like this. The background looks great; the stars and color are beautiful. The scan works well with it, even though it looks a bit blurry to me. But that's not too terrible a problem. All in all, nice work.
