Hello there! :)

I have no idea when I started this wallpaper, but I think that was 5 or 6 years ago. I have dropped this wallpaper when I finished Kobato coloring since I have lost my inspiration, and then it waited for a couple of years when I decided to finish it but as soon as I started coloring Fujimoto, I gave up since it wasn't looking good.

So, yesterday I was scrolling trough my unfinished wallpapers and found some really good ones. This one was one of them, and today I finished it. My inspiration came back to me. I loved this anime and I always wanted to make Kobato wallpaper. So yeah, I have finally done it. I love the way I made it to be honest. Love the atmosphere.

As for the text written on the wallpaper, it is the quote from the anime which I have found on Kobato wiki. And decided to go with it. And the name of the wallpaper "Always" is because she said: "Fujimoto-san, you're the person I care most about. I always have and always will. Always.".

Background was quite interesting to make. I found the stock image and gave my best to make it look animated since I have lost all of my nerves with vectoring and completing wallpaper. As for the "final touch" I have added snowflakes, stock image and photoshop shapes.

Second version of the wallpaper was supposed to be original one, but I loved the colors on the first one so it ended up like that. It has kinda more effect.

I hope you like it, I know I do and to me this is one of my favorite wallpapers that I have ever done. I spent the whole day making it.
There are also text less versions to download so you can decide which one you wanna use.
So I think that's all there is. And I think I will slowly finish all the wallpapers that I have made so far.

    Amaaaashiiing Moonie! You should kick your sister sometime again and force her to make some bishies (laughs evily).

    Beautifully done, love the details and love the winter scene. Truly, winter with snow is one of the prettiest things to see in life in a season. The background blends nicely too. Seeing a Kobato wallpaper submitted brings me some nostalgia of when there were 472819 walls submitted of that series. Adorable and just plain lovely/romantic. I truly agree that it should be your favourite since it looks like one of your best aswell and is a definite favourite for me xD

    I don't have much to say than that it is almost flawless. When there is snow and it is snowing, the sky is not blue, it is grey. Second thing is...the snow crystals. They are like blurry transparent dots, which is fine for the style but somewhere up front I sometimes literally see snowflakecrystals which are very out of place imo.

    The text is nicely placed and nicely done. I do think the "I" is a little too thick/hard. Perhaps having taken a little more softer and fancy font would have worked better. The softness in this wall and romatic scene makes my heart go dokidoki XD. For the rest, pure love. Thankies Moony, you made my day :3 *snugglehugz her*

    I love the Vector you really did a amazing work on both of them,
    Im a little bothered by the bG, dunno why it just doesnt blend it that much as i would wish for it.

    I would also rethinking about the titles position and leangth but thats my personal opinion and so doesnt really matter.

    Anyway its a great wallpaper very lovely
