Kelsey did a wonderful job painting the sky and was really helpful with the base vec colors and outlines. I hate doing
outlines so I was glad to see them already made.
I just continued with the shadings and added some elements to brighten up Kobato (as if she wasn't shiny enough
XD).

As always, a brand new Kobato wallie makes me happy, especially when they are well done like yours. The vector is flawless, and I love the warm and bright colors. The background looks amazing... Yup from the title Kobato is really shining bright from her dress :D
Nice vector, i like the painting like vector + the colors are bright
but the shadings are really good. The background is nice as well
though it might be good if you make those clouds a little bit
rounder than some streaks but just as you say you done it for fun :)

I adore this and I find the theme rather fascinating. Kobata's atmosphere is so complimenting. She is a very lively character so I think that you guys did a great job in showcasing that aspect of her. The overall wallpaper is quality at it's best, thanks for sharing it!
