I like how you put the white contrast but I think the shading is a bit blurry
the blood on his face and hand is like a splatter of ink instead of blood
the 2nd version is better coz the colors are more contrast

So I vectored him in paying my attention to curve lines and details (especially his eyes). As i didn't like the blood in the original scan, I drew and added other spatter blood in his face, hand and clothes and in the wall behind him.
The most difficult in this wall was the lightning and the atmosphere, and I spent a long time to work on. I finally chose these 2 versions (among 7), one by night, one by down. I tried to keep the scary atmosphere, put a sharp contrast without distorting or making strange overall. I wanted it to remain harmonious ...

This definitely needs more contrast, especially on the left side where the moonlight is supposed to be, right now it looks way too blurry and dull. The second version looks better in terms of contrast but you need to pay attention to colors more - everything is too orange/pink with no variations in color like the color of his hair, skin and clothes; it's not enough to just add a color overlay and call it finished. And yes, the shading is too blurry.
Some curves are still a bit too uneven in some places but they look better than in some of your previous walls.

I personally prefer the darker image, it looks more descreat even though the blood can be mistaken for ink, the character is a samurai similarity, im not a fan of what ever the character is from just a fan of the wallpaper. So the colours compliment the figure/topic in the wallpaper

I also prefer the darker image, but I think you should make the blood on his hand and the blood on the wall stand out more because it looks more like ink than it does like blood. Nice wall nonetheless.^^

I can't help but noticing that the lines for his eyes are distractingly jagged. Like, super jagged. There is jaggedness to his fingers, on the sword, in his hair... It would be better to make a smaller wall at a higher resolution or saved at a higher level than to submit one that is huge but jagged. The lighting in the second version is better, but still kinda weak sauce. Not one of your best walls.
