Hi!
That's a new wall of D Gray Man (I love this anime)
I used the vector of Shimazaki (Thanks so much for this excellent job!) and worked it a little : added some light in her
hair, tear, rose and lipstick.
I create a gloomy and mysterious atmosphere, in the same tone than her dress.
I hope bring her to light with this wall!
I hope you'll like it too!

i didnt think i was gonna like it but fullview is quite nice. but i think the whole wall is too dark and consequently on dimensional. put a light somewhere, make her face brighter so she can stand out next to the moon and so it looks like theres light on her in general.
i also think you would do better with vectored messy/wispy clouds than with the blurry ones, they ruin the flow of your vectored background -
