I entirely painted this in Sai,did the lines in PS first with a help of my tablet also...
Had no idea what to do for bg,so I did some kind of simple abstract to keep the attention on the flower and his
hair,which I'm really proud of...
The sparkles were modified a little by [user]Yoruangel866[/user] thanks honey ?
