Hello! First of all want to say: thank you EevaLeena!

2 weeks ago I has done vector background in Adobe Illustrator CS2, but nobody did not approach on this background, today has finally found necessary anime personage. Hope that was got nice)

    All in all, I think your background is very unique and lovely. It's not exactly the type of background you see everyday. However, I don't think it connects to the foreground character in the way it should. The foreground and background exude two very different types of style. For example, Omone's Night in Despair and hayashinomura's Colorless Fate have backgrounds that compliment the style of art their characters are from. Your background, while very lovely, is a bit more soft and lithe rather than the sharp and straight-forward lines of the foreground.

    For a background like the one you made, I think characters drawn like this might better suit the style of it. Also, some of the tones are a little too dark. Just some lighting might brighten up the quality a bit. Overall, it's a very commendable effort.
