I wanted this to be a simple fast wall at first. no idea how it turned into this. I feel it's missing something...but
given how long I tried to figure that out I know I won't get an answer

see that left bottom corner with all the fish and rocks whatever? that's bout my fav part of this whole wall =D
before it was pretty plain I was going to let it go with just a blue water bg and the girl since I wanted only blue and red as the colours. but then we watched this ocean documentary thing at school and it gave me some inspiration about the background.

I want to say something nice bout how you did the wall but it's like my mind is blank. I like the small fishes xD cute. I see you're getting better with the tablet, but I think I prefer much more your vectored works since the painted parts are blurred a bit and smudged, but that's just me. I like the hair thou since the lines are clear and it's always good for inspiration to see the real deal xD

Just 2 points i have to point out. Her hand is a bit weird and is looking too big on her. Esp the one that is holding the drink. But this is the case for the scan too. It seem odd...
Another is her fin. I think the scale can be done with some highlighting or shadowing to make it look more 3D or shimmering. Just like the scan, the scale have some highlight.
Other than that, this is a beautiful wall! The colours are beautiful and i like the smuding effect you use on her clothing. It really seem they are floating around in the ocean! How you do the bubbles? They look simple yet so nice!

the color used really fits the color in your background,
i should say i really love the rocks, corals and small fishies
on your background XD XD they are all cute! :)
though i found the tail is kinda off, i dont understand what it
really looks like maybe the position of the tail is different
on how she sit or something like that...i've checked the original scan
tho that part is cut, so i can't argue with that anymore but you did
your best to reconstruct that part so its ok :D anyway great job
making the bg especially the rocks and fishies! XD XD +fav! ;) -
