It's simple, not over the top! Like most V-Knight wallies.
Since the theme of the wall is "simple", I don't know what to say to criticize because it's both simple and cute. But if you wanted to go for something more, I would say leave the bg alone because it's excellent, but work on adding a bit more to the frames, like flowers hanging on the edges. Maybe some symbols to represent each character, Kaname, Zero, and Yuuki. And Kaname needs a bit more room, even if he is in the background between the 2. XD But I see that you're blocking out his minions so fuhget it. :p
kay but that's all I can say! All in all, the wallie is simple and nice! You shouldn't deem it a failure but add to it instead if you feel that disappointed about it. :3

excellent for it! Most definitely! You could put some in the back of the photo and just a little in front of the pics to
decorate. :3
