I FINALLY FINISHED THIS ONE, AFTER SO MANY WEEKS OF BOREDOM...
My entry for the MUM vs Ohayou competition (For MUM)

wanted this, to look this clean and simple
Time used: about 2-3 weeks
layers: about 1000+ or more, "cause i used some of it for the small
details"

but the outlines are not very neat
keep on practicing on the outlines & you will get better

Ahh, I've seen the scan. I wanted to vector it, but I'm not so good at vectoring backgrounds by myself. But good job, but jaggedy lines. *shiver* It's not a bad thing, it just gives me a pet peeve. ><
