The background might've been quite odd, but it realyl is actualyl wodnerful especailly the textures you added so it doesn't look too plain. :)
The eyes for Sakura and Sayoran are realyl wodnerfully done and so are the outlines. you're really improving more everday with new wallpapers/vectors. :o Keep it up! ^^
