I'm not fond of the butterflies, photoshops default brushes are always so noticeable, gaah, I can't get over that. I like it though, great work!

The colours are great, the scan is clean, the effects you used are nice. I like this wallie and it has a mysterious dark aura surrounding it. I prefer dark wallies.

personally I don't think it's necessary putting the clouds on the bottom left corner . it looks very odd . but other than that , u did a lovely work :3 I like the smudged out paintish look .
