I was looking to make something weird..
YOu know just different...
Not like the normal anime type wallpaper that you see...
So yea.. I ended up with this idea ^_^

I make it flat and like those looney tunes you watch on television...
Theres not really much of a background cause my main focus was on the character
Im really lazy nowadays so forgive me for the lame ass background and text... although i will change the text
later....

I think you did bring out the weird and strange feeling out of this wallie.. XD
The black feathers sure bring out the evil.. But i do think that it'll be better if the bg wasn't that dark.. With the dark bg, it doesn't reflects the scan and feathers that well.. And the font.... XD X-P the colours look weird...
Overall concept was great, just little small details to work out... Great job, az... ^^ -
