I like how how placed filters and stuff, and that vertical lines are really cool.
But the cloud brushes on the bg's blur is different than the scan's, I don't know... you just can tell where one image finishes and the other starts. Maybe if you made a sky red/pink, to match the scans's colors...
Anyway, it's still a great job.
