Hello. LOL. Damn I haven't made a wallie in...um...I'm not sure. Anyways, I just got a light inspiration(that thankfully lasted enough) today and this turned out.

I just happen to browse through my favs and poof! I saw the scan while the music was playing and the urge just hit me and I should be reading Hamlet now. :hmpf: Whenever I look at it I keep imagining a postcard that's why I didn't even place a title on it. Anyways, I just changed the haircolor(that was fun XD ), cloned the flowers, copy and paste some parts, got some stock photos for the bg which suprisingly fitted each other. It was suppose to include a wing but I thought it was just too much. I wanted to keep it simple and I wanted it to be something to just be looked at and not think while doing so. Definitely something I needed before continuing my site layout. Shoot, I need to finish it soon. T_T

Like the texture of.. light. ahahh.. and the simplism. -
It was a bit difficult to look at at first, but after I downloaded and sized I realised it was beautiful ^_^ The scan isn't new, but it's beautiful. The flowers (or whatever they are) in the foreground look really nice, and I love the entire mistiness that fades everything away. The stock bg does somehow manage to fit with the scan well, and the overall presentation is beautiful ^_^ Thanks for sharing ^_^

it looks really nice, i like the scan and the colours, but for me it is a little bit to blurry.
Everything looks smooth, thats fine with me, but when you enlarge it and look at it carefulls there are some [] "hmm i will call it boxes or pixel maybe" they are on the right side of the chara and a little bit is on her dress to. Hmm have you made them couse you wanted or is it couse of my Monitor? -
beautiful colors on the bg! A japanese temple would not be the first thing i would associate with the original scan, but she really looks good with it! its really simple but the colors are so beautiful and it seems like a dream ^-^

There's something wrong with the character's quality, looks blotchy ... Nice job at cloning the flowers. The stock in the back is neat, but I can vaguely see what's there, work on the quality, lots of pixelated parts. Good effort though, the colours resemble the original scan, keep it up!

I agree that the colors are beautiful.
But the character and the flowers look like they're rough in quality, the colors are solid and not blended.But it looks nice and pretty, though. :)
