This is my first ehm "artistic" wallpaper O.o
anyway my teacher told me that art could also represent a feeling
and well uhm, this wallpaper represents sorrow, sadness etc
the feeling of loneliness and darkness
it's like you have to cry but don't dare to
i carried myself a bit away while making this wall...
a crying tree...., so much tears....
a tree is so big it looks so strong
and still it has it's weak side a side that no one has seen before
a side that wants to cry and be loved
it says hold me hold me tight
i need love to see the light

*gets carried away again* xD

Song; (1 Litre of Tears Theme Song) K - Only Human (beautiful song btw)
and uhm it took me; 1,5 hours

feathers-of-eternity.:.
foreverdreams
simple-ism
cute-wallies
celestial-luminesse
free--wallers

Hmmm. It's a very nice concept (and it is a lovely song :D) but I think if the text was removed it'd have more impact. The text seems to be spelling out the idea we get from the image of the weeping tree anyway so it loses its effect.
    Nice work :D

I agree with kuroimisa about the text. Also, since this is a rather simple wall, I think if you added a bit more detail into the wall, it would be more interesting and convey the feeling better. For example, you could have made the tree a bit bigger and more towering with large roots -maybe something like this?

    but not so gnarly.
if you make the tree bigger, you can make the teardrops larger. Then, in the teardrops, you can have reflections of things that make you sad...or things that make others sad. A lonely person, animal abuse, war, etc.

maybe you could also have the tree standing in a lake rather than on ground, to show how many tears are shed in this world for all these sad things. Just some ideas ^-^

or or, you could somehow show that this tree of sadness waters itself off the tears, and grows off of sadness...but I cant think of any ways to show that

lol yeah these are good ideas But...
i wanted to keep this wall simple,
because art doesn't have to be detailed
for me this is just a pic/moment in my head while i was sad...
it's quite personal so that's why it's so simple + because of it's simpleness you can imagine more things instead of just one thing like wars etc
I dunno why but it feels like that the text belongs there so that's why i didn't removed the text

yesh.. i do have to agree that the text looks abit weird there.. removing it will make it looks better.. not sure for the rest but i do think that the tears look abit weird to show sorrow.. but i do like the simple concept of this wallie.. Thanx for sharing...
