Hi everyone! :)

I was skimming around through my scans yesterday and I saw this cute scan of Kero holding a flower, and I thought "There's hardly any walls with just Kero in them, and this would make a cute wallie" so I whipped this up. XD

It took me maybe two hours at most, and I think it only has about 8 or 9 layers so its very simple lol, but I thought it was cute. ^_^ Sometimes its nice to make a simple wallie once in a while. :) I just used a brush for the sakura flowers and petals and sparkles, and there's sort of a texture behind all of it. Its cute without being annoying I think. XD

Enjoy and thanks for looking. :)

as usual, kero = cuteness! you did a great job with the whole concept, but i think if you took out the sparkles, it would have looked really simple and nice. The sparkles add a bit of detail, but maybe too much because there are already cherry blossoms. Another thing I noticed is that the cherry bossom that kero is holding is a different shape than the brushes you used. What i recommend doing is outlining the cherry blossom that kero is holding with the pen tool (just the flower part and not the stem), right click - make selection. Make sure you are on the kero layer. then copy it, and paste it on a new layer. While deselect it. Stay on the copied cherry blossom layer, and go to image - adjustments - hue/saturation, and adjust the lightness all the way negative until all you get is a black shadow. Then go to edit - define brush preset, and you have a new brush in the shape of kero's cherry blossom! if you replace the current cherry blossoms with the new one, it might fit in better because it matches the one that kero is holding. ^-^ I would also suggest vectoring Kero, because the bg isnt textured like kero is. If he looks more solid like the bg, it might look better.

^ She took the liberty of guiding. That leaves me end of the ice-cream comment. -_-

Ah.. who can forget the adorable yet wise flying mascot ?

The Kero Scan can use some work. Make it Stand out more. The Glitter effects on the pink bg can be soften more. Either Way, too much Sparkle. Kero is limelight on the DT after all. ;) However, It is an impressive wall. 8-9 layers ! Simply and Sweet. Perhaps if you can do want the improvement part if you feel the need to. A couple or more layers can sure make it better. Oh well, i prefer simplistic. ;)

Mochi Icecream ? *Offers all posters*

Nice wallpaper. Really like the scan of Kero you used. He's just so round headed there. It works well with the background. The only thing I'd complain about is the BG being a bit too bright. Maybe a slightly darker color. The scan sort of blends in with the background otherwise. It's still a really nice wallpaper though. Nice job :)

Aw...this is so adorable and the simple background is just perfect for this cute scan of Kero. You're right though, Kero doesn't have enough wallies of just himself!
