ohhh so cute! The colors are really lovely. er...but I think in the rules for the contest it said that you cant use sparkles and clouds.
Oh, just want to let you know - you cant use the most improved banner for CL unless your wall has been placed in the most improved section. Please change it to a regular banner.

you can use clouds, stars and sparkles in the BG but you must add something more to it aside from that. If it doesn't include any unique object aside from the three I mentioned, it's disqualified.
