i made this in photoshop, i know it's too bright, but i can't help it, i really love bright shiny works, :D
o'k, i worked the background at a very small dimensions and then enlarged it whole to give it a lot of blurry and grunge
look, lot of brushes jumbled up and worked on different layers to give it different hues
please comment :)
