i made this in photoshop, i took athrun's image for the whole background and did tht effects on top of it. i duplicated him and tilted the image ,overlayering it.
i made clouds uing the wind filter or the wind tool, i used some brushes, liquified it and use lots of contrast effect on it to make it look all shiny. i then used the gradiant too.
sooo, how's it,
he's my FAVORITE charector :) :) :) :)

[updated version] removed the duplicated athrun, and reduced the contrast a bit

    too much contrast I'd say D: the concept is kinda weird , with all the images blended together . try making something with a easier concept and easy to look . we just dont get a calm feeling looking at cluttered walls u know ? xD;

    The only thing I dont really like there is the duplicate of Athrun in the back which is still quite obvious... >_<
    U might wanna tone down on the lights too... >_< Its a tad bright... >_< But its really pretty nice XD
