Ta-daa! Here's my second attempt at making a background from scratch. (Well, actually the first one I started, but the second one I finished). I followed another tutorial from imanimetions, spiced things up with some of my own ideas, and here it is! XD

(By the way, those little sparkly bubbles were drawn by me, not brushed... I'm proud I actually managed to find a method to make them all by myself ^o^).

    Lovely!<3 Pink really is Lacus's color isn't it? XD I see that you've put a nice kind of glow around Lacus :) It looks really lovely :) Seems like you didn't resize it this time since it seems like the lines are not jagged! The wallie is awesome ;)
