Ain't something I'm really into, but you did an awesome job on the scenary. Doesn't look very dreamy though. Maybe cuz the clouds are grey-ish and there's not that many blue in it. :b

Well well...it's been a while since I've made a scenery wallpaper.... this time I made this wall for Evanrued, as a birthday gift.....and it's a late one @_@"...Since Evan like clouds, the wall got alot of clouds. I didn't had alot of time and enough inspiration to make something special.. so I kept it simple. hope you like it.

The clouds are too detailed (backround and front), you tried making them like blur-clouds or whatever, right? Don't do that unless you rock at it. The whole scene seems rather dull with all of the gray clouds, you should have picked something more blue ... makes it all seem lifeless. It looks like you just painted over the scan as well, or extracted the girl and put her on a layer above the backround clouds or whatever.
The scan is lacking quality and it hardly blends with the backround you have now. The text is awkward and so are the lines, they don't mesh with everything else and the scene you have .. they almost interfere with the main focus, the girl.

the clouds look a little weird to me. the clouds look like it's gonna rain T_T erm i think you shouldn't have added the two lines beneath the text. nicer if it's just plain like that ^_^ good job anyways

Great job with the detailed background, clouds and scan...the text looks a little flat especially right smack in the middle though

there's indeed lots of clouds. they're like everywhere ^_^'
eto .. but i think the one at the bottom doesn't look very suitable.
the grey makes them look somewhat like a fog XD
nonetheless .. nice city scape in the bg :)
