Well now, been awhile before I submitted a wallpaper...This took me the better part of the morning...I get up early :P...I was gonna do a grunge backround at first, but I still want to experiment in my style of walling and I'm always so impressed when people vector their own backrounds...So I dug up an image of Central (or maybe it's East HQ...) and vectored it to the best of my ability...It still looks a little weird to me, but it's my third vector.....I'm really proud of the flag, made 100% from scracth.
Anyway, consider that I am still experimenting, but you gotta admit, it's not all that bad....

Nice work! The background and Roy look really good! Nice job on the vectoring of the bg, and I can't really tell at all that you made the flag from scratch. I would say that it is Central HQ since as far as I remember doesn't have steps like that. Whatever the case nice job. The building does seem to have a somewhat strange look to it. But it all works well. The text is good but the shadow kind of looks strange since it doesn't corresponed with the steps layout but, whatever. Great job!

All the geometric shapes look really nice. The blue suits Roy anyway. ^^ He looks very dramatic with his huge flourish pose ^^; Very nice.

The criticism of House begins now and here it is.
[EDIT: Though it says On the steps of central. Your staircase looks like a long and huge pedestrain crossing to the main entrnace is that actually that far. Plus that wall looks like it's going out to the skies. Btw bveautiful clouds though. Bad building.]

Nice vector :) ... ^_^' but I must say that the clouds still look too harsh. kai81220 recently posted some walls with great clouds >> the VectoredS.P.R.E.A.D [wall] and [Get up and Fight-WAR] no Parking. Won't tell me how he did it, but check them out.

This could still use a lot of work imo, the building doesn't look too bad the way you vectored it but it still looks pretty flat as do the steps. That flag certainly looks good, you definitely should be proud of it like you said. Roy still needs some work being blended in, would've been cool if you had vectored him too since it he'd probably blend in better that way. And like bluSake mentioned already the clouds appear too strong. It wouldn't hurt to lighten up on the brush work for them and to maybe use some blurring.

The image of Roy fits with the wall, thought the cloud filter needs some more work... try finidng cloud brushes or grunge/textured type brushes. Text could be well made and if you need some blending of the wall i suggest you put a noise filter on the whole bg over 100% and overlay it, then change the opacity to an almost low level like 10 but all in all good job on this! :P Keep it up!

Wowies, really awesome! Great job vectoring the building, it looks really nicely done! I have the say though the stairs looks funny to me, maybe because it looks like the white parts are the same when it's suppose to get thinner (it's probably the scan sicne you vectored from it). Yeah, I agree with Skillspay, that the scan might blend better if it was also vectored. Awesome work on the flag, it looks really fantastic! I like the windows, they look really great!

The building and the stairs look a little flat but I like the overall view and how you put the text on the stairs.

The flag actually looks like it belongs with the building- I couldn't tell that you made it seperately. You vectored the images perfectly, very nicely done. Roy is so cool. :)
