hehe i guess this is my so called pre WAR wall XD i guess cause im doing new techniques and stuff so i thought id test it on a wallpaper ^^
1st thing: its lika PHOTOGRAPH!!!
okay so obviously there is a very large vector i did on the fma alchemist people...
actual reso: 3164x2089 ^__^'
the thing about it was each of the characters was vectored on a different layer cause that makes it easier to re arrange
cause they wouldnt all fit with the current spacing between them.

i think they're from shinsengumi.
the bg has all be CGed and i finally learned how to make CLOUDS!! XD hopefully no more overlaying of stock clouds cause
i think sometimes stocks are too realistic.
i actually made the obelisk from scratch and i think it looks pretty decent. for the logo and saying on it, i vectored a
FMA logo off of a uploaded scan not from MT and added an inside drop shadow to make it the 'carved' look. did
the same for the random saying i made up ^_^'
its a bit blurred but it says 'May your soul fly free like a bird' and then i added a white dove for extra measure XD
anyway its a humungous reso at 1600 x 1200. enjoy ^^
p.s.: sue me cause im too stupid to think of a good title :nya:
EDIT: ty to aria and iyasis who pointed out the dummy mistake in the title. so simple and i still made a mistake T_T

This wallpaper is about perfect ^^ it's clean as it should be, the vector is top and the background with the clouds excels. Really great, congrats. It sure must have been lots of work ^^;
Two things: check the wallpaper borders... there are some trace fills that's don't reach until the border, thus you can see the background through those parts... like, the hand below (okay that part is covered by the task bar but still :P), and the dark part of the hair of that guy on the right. Nitpickiness ^^ but those little things directly jump to the eye in such a neat wallpaper :)

Oh cool I like what you did with the title! :)
And the technique you found out for the clouds works well, they really look like cartoon clouds.
The obelisk is a bit strange, but it's original. It maybe is a bit not enough 3D style.
Really awesome vector work, but the link for the scan doesn't work I think...

Wow this is excellent! The vectoring job is perfect! I like the text you have used as well as the clouds. The obelisk is.... interesting, but it looks nice all the same! Great work!

You did a much better job of using this image that I ever did..I just can't believe you vectored the whole thing...it must have taken a long time to do...because it's amazing it looks like a real scan. Amazing quality and I love the backround as well. Thumbs wayyy up.

Wowww... you vectored the whole thing? It looks amazing...! In fact, it doesn't look like a vector at all, but like a scan, albeit a super-hi-quality one. O.O How long did you take to do this?
The background looks pretty too. ^^ On a side note, the title of you wallpaper says "fma:the VectoredS.R.E.A.D [wall]"... Did you mean it to be the "VectoredS.P.R.E.A.D" instead..? -

This is an amazing vector Kai, it looks like a uber-quality poster scan ^^ And it makes for a nice photograph, though I think adding a lopsided white border frame would prefect that look. You've done a great job with vectoring and you've paid great attention to the shadowing and detailing. Some of the black outlines seem uneven in places such as the hair of the guy with the cigarette. The obelisk and the engraved logo & message are nicely done. And of course those clouds, they look awesome! Lol, IllusionistAria is right about the wallpaper title. Anyway, great job, definitely deserves a ~&fav
