Been awhile since I posted here...Much less spoke. Im sorry for that. Been busy with everyday life. You can't avoid it. I wanted to try out the trend of old photo on a table by Tama. But I decided not to on this wall. Well I used sone stock photos and made textures and uber grunge brushes I found online. Then I liked the sepia golded hue to this. And if you noticed, the orginal scan had a mis color around the center but I decided to have the background to have that same effect. Finally, I used the lyric of the 3rd ending of the show 'Motherland' which I liked But I used 'Returnable Memories' from the FMA song file of Ed. XD
Well that exactely what I did in a nutshell. Enjoy! More resolutions at Inanimenations!!

I really like the colors for this as well. And the making it look like an old photograph gives it a sad feeling....maybe it's just me...but it's still a nice wallpaper and I really like the image.

Back with the style of grunge, I see. Yeah, something so much more different, and that's cool because a change is needed here. Nice effects, and the colors match too. Maybe I should do what Tama does sometime. ;)

Wow. Its good to see your work again Ded. I've got to say, the scan you used is just so moving. I love it so much right now. The texture and grungy effects look perefect. The gold tint/hue the wall has to it looks really good. And adds so much. Almost looks like a really old painting or photo. Love it over all ded!

Nice work. Love the grunge effect and for some reason the over all feel of the wall makes me want to smile. ^_^' Good job on the scan extraction and altering, it really does make it looks old. I love the background text as well. Can't really tell what the background is (going to guess those are the stock photos) but it looks nice lol. Excellent job.
