I definitely like it!
But using noise on daylight scene wall looks doesn't quite work for me ^^'
Make Wolfram sharp n clear, then for the bg you can combine more than one photoshop's artistic filters, then for
final touch you can use a little dose of gaussian blur, to make the stockphotos look less realistic.

I like KKM alot. The wallpaper backgrond, and characters are great. Only that for me the white of the face is too white, to th point where I cannot view it too long. Sorry to offend you, maybe a slightly darker tone will sooth the eyes. Nice job though.
