Changed the background to look more sky-like, and I'm happier with "the sun" now.
Thanks for the comments, but what would you suggest (please)? I am trying for something eye-catching, yet simple and (hopefully) relaxing/peaceful - - if that makes any sense... :-)

Nice. I like how this looks. However, for me, at least, it looks a bit dark. Particularly the scan. Doesn't take away from the niceness of it, though. Good work.
