Wow, this is a good image :) I like the theme that you based it on, something different :) a very unique piece of work on here. The scan you used was very suitable wit the image you are trying to portray, and the extraction is nice and neat :)
Although the background is probably not to my particular tastes, I think it shows that the layers have been used quite well, and I like the application of the different layers of cloud, they have a lot of use in showing the distance of the picture, so that was done really well :)
