Sorry, back to the wall! - The vectoring is amazing! Once again. I love your stuff. There are clouds towards the bottom
of the image, so it looks like they're up high, instead of expecting a horizon. That's about it. I still like
the clouds!The colors are great

The bg is made from my brushes, is for free dowload drom Deviant Art. I make me only more layers and than played with colors and effects.

In my opinion this is your best wall till now!
Loved the vector, the colors used in it, and shadows are colored right too! (you kept your promise xD) It's simple but clean, vectors are supposed to be clean and this wall is clean! :D
Few tips to get more better results;
Sky is "Blue" in color, when it's sunset! mostly sky looks orangish-purple in color during sunset. Therefor the place on BG where there are no clouds (that blue part in upper bottom of wallpaper) looks unnatural.
The Eyes of girl with short hair (Tsubaki?) are glowing too much, as she's standing back from the light source (Sun) so like her hair, face, clothes etc. her eyes also have a dark shade. But eyes are colored very lovely so I can ignore that thing. xD
You might consider using colored outlines to give a more better results which blends with character and background nicely.All in all it's still very lovely wall.
