Guys, it's blend , made simple. applied a background color in the render, duplicated and lowered opacity.
Then I used curves , levels, gradients , brushes in blending option , solid colors , hue / saturation , exposure , and
Vibrance . Then put the typography, signed and tcharammmm hope you enjoy.
