Unfair or not, you should try reading your deletion PM's. Your other two wallpapers had sources/renders ripped from Pixiv users.This site doesn't allow it due to an agreement with Pixiv. Hence, they got deleted. As said before, please put links to your sources for the pictures at the least in your description. Also, try to read the faq for guideliness to submitting wallpapers if you're not sure what is allowed.
Quality for your wallpapers are fine, just be sure to use the right sources for pictures. This site has a lot you could use for example. Although...the edges could use some slight blurring and it would be nice if you could remove the scan lines in some way. It kinda destroys it. Who knows it will be removed for poor quality (background is fine...render is in a pretty bad state), I'm not sure. Not gonna decide on this one. Try fixing those issues and well, you got a nice/good wallpaper there. We really have nothing against you. They're simple rules you should try to follow because of copyright infrigement. Follow the rules and all your wallpaper are welcome in the gallery...as long as they are of decent quality of course!
