I had saw an animated gif of pikachu making a funny face... To cheer up Togepi I believe... not sure but I thought it was funny looking and decided to vector it and turn it into a nice and friendly wallpaper.
Was torn between taking out Pikachu's name on the left and leaving it just as poka dots but in the end, I decided
to leave it.
