Oh...sitting on a cloud. I thought it just looked blurry. I think you need to make it more defined. Well obviously there's something wrong if I couldn't tell by myself that she was actually sitting on a cloud. I mean don't get me wrong. I like all the other effects like the swirl around her, the feathers, etc. But I generally don't like it when a picture's blurry.
