well i suck at naming wallpapers , the title means "living lightbulb" and well...
i played a little with filters and colouring and decided to make it a wallpaper
i like the whole idea and stuff but unfortunatelay i haven´t thought about a suitable background and tried for days to
find one...i know i use motion blur far too often but it has to do for the moment...

Heehee, that looks cool. A little bit simple but it has a nice effect on the spectator.
I think the chara design is the same as Last Exile (?). -
