This is absolutely a pain in the neck to make.
Used this scan:
Snow Ring - DMYOTIC 6.5 / Vocaloid

Used up a bunch of gradients, and pentool to draw the flow shapes.
the bg i used a C4D and smudge+liquify it.

WOW. ive seen this scan & luka is so adorable. as well as your wallpaper too.
but one thing bothers me is the font, i think other fonts might work than this one.
but overall it's pretty <3 -
