I tryed very hard this time *ufff*
If anyone know who to make a good "Rain effect" :D please give a few tips, i think i did well but.... what do
you think.... is good enough?
I cleaned the scan, but i don't know ...... what do you think ? XD

I love the foggy effect!! You did the rain fairly well although the grass at the far back is a bit out of place.. but it's still really, really good! I love how there are close-up grasses that gives the "far-away" effect. Where did you get the scan? It's really good... anyway... keep up the good work! I'll be keeping an eye out for your wallies!!! -
