About:
got the vector and joined a solid blue background and was deleting the parts that did not want to stay. I applied a texture that covered the entire doll and turned the edges. Soon, I wrote''Umbrella''with an effect that it seems that moves. I applied a texture of clouds in the background making it appear clouds in the background and the doll were flying in the sky instead of a solid blue background. In the end, I put a brush to tree in the corner to give a serene air and applied a light at the corner of the wall to make it were the sun between the clouds.

interesting background, looks like she's floating between the sky and water. a few things to fix though:
- the text "belive" should be "believe"
- there's weird blocks around the girl's arms and face, maybe from applying the texture, or she wasn't extracted properly?
- I think you distorted the vector a bit, she looks squished width-wise -
