I pulled off another Clamp wallpaper again!
Sakura was from here
When I finished Sakura, I thought it was kinda plain so I searched through clamp scan on what I can add, I finally
decided to add kero!
Kero was from here:
Then I thought of adding a musical instrument and I thought of Sumomo so I took her
Tamborine
When I was working on the BG I thought of using customed brush of clouds but I said, why not exert effort, It wouldn't hurt to try so I did the clouds, vectored it and whala!

This is a nice wallie. Very good scan choice, so lively and cute, also good idea adding Kero too.
I think there's place for improvement thou.
I know you chose the colors from the scan but it's not necessary to do that, you can pick your own too, I strongly think that the black pretty much spoils the cheerful color combination. You could've made the notes red or orange or even multi-colored. Also the note lines should be a darker color ._. the pinki stands out in a wrong way. Same goes for here eyes and eyebrows, pick a softer color not pure black. I know you're gong for a painted look but I think the lines would've looked better without being blurred, vectoring and blurring does not equal painting, I learned that the hard way xD
The giant note could use some shading, esp the upper part.
this wall has so much potential.

you're lineart is kind of stiff here, avoid using straight line segments because they will always look too angular. the gray that you used for the note needs to be tinted more towards a color, it kind of just looks bleak against the rest of your colors. i dont mind the black lineart much since its very clamp-esque but you should have used deeper colors for the rest of your lineart. her frills look gray because the lineart is so dreary and her hair lacks finesse.
the clouds look great, and that is actually more difficult to pull off than one would think. and the colors are vibrant
