My first Kunie Kanbara wall! After hours of suffering, I'm really proud of how it turned out, although I know it's not perfect. First off, I vectored the scan which was a real pain in the butt! My friend was really kind enough to help me out with it ^^ I then added some vines here and there, I hope they don't stand out too much =]
I wanted to try something other than coloring the vector then creating a background so I added that flowery pattern as a very faint background and made it show through the lines of the vector. That's maybe why the lines might seem jagged at some parts but I did try to smooth everything out as best as I could without making it too blurry. I made the colors of the flower pattern pop out a bit more. Finally, I thought that Japanese typography would look best so I added some and no, I have no idea what it's saying XD I hope it could be related to the wall somehow.
Hopefully, my vectoring skills will improve since I rarely do it XD

It very lovely
And the jaged-ness is not really noticable
I'm a freak about jagged lines when it comes to my vectors
I fix it by making my walls at 200% the size I intend to submit
Then merge visible layers and reduce to submission size
It generally gets rid of any jagged edges -

beautiful! love the faint background, better than stark white, its very calligraphic... reminds me of an ink brush painting. very lovely. looks perfect to me:) its in my favs
