His face needs more contrast, looks flat compared to the rest.
Also, the background doesn't really fit with his jack and all with the lighting. It just seems weird.

I like what you did with Mukuro, it looks very good and the smudged background actually works with this!
I don't know if Mukuro's Owl flame is too strong or not.Amazingly done!
